Personal data on individuals-visitors is processed by "WGP" LLP, located at: Republic of Kazakhstan, Atyrau, Sevastopolskaya Street, 1B (hereinafter - LLP). LLP is the owner and operator of the Database of personal data of users
The database of personal data of users is located at the location of LLP.
The present Privacy Policy describes the order of processing of personal data, collected by LLP through the Internet resource WWW.WGP.KZ (hereinafter - the Site), and related services and tools on the Site. In all mentioned cases LLP processes users' personal data solely within the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 21, 2013 № 94-V "On personal data and their protection", as well as international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan. This Privacy Policy is developed in accordance with their norms.
Users should be aware that when they go to some links placed on the Site, they can be redirected to sites (applications, etc.) of other companies outside of LLP hosting space ("Linkedin", "Facebook"), where information about Users is collected outside direct control of LLP. In such case Privacy Policies of websites and/or applications of third parties will regulate the order of processing of information received from users by these third parties.


Customer Service: When Users contact Customer Service, TOO may - as part of its site operations - collect personal information necessary to fulfill a User's request and to obtain feedback as necessary. LLP may also contact a User using existing account contact information provided for that purpose. LLP may also collect other information about communications with Users, such as any support requests submitted by Users or any feedback provided by Users. Site: LLP may automatically receive and log information on its servers from a User's browser or any device, including IP address, software and hardware attributes, pages that User requests, and/or information about other devices in use or system-level information. This may occur on the Site or on the mobile app, or on third party services.
Attached Information: LLP may also add information lawfully obtained from business partners or third parties to LLP's existing data about its users.

As part of its site activities, LLP may collect certain information through the use of technologies such as cookies, pixels, and local storage (as in your browser)
COOKIES are small text files that store information directly on a user's computer, cell phone or other device.
Pixels are small digital images which are part of the code in web pages, which allow another server to measure the page's crawlability, and are often used in conjunction with cookies. The code tracks if and when (and on which page) a pixel is loaded to indicate that the user is interacting with a page or part of a page on the Site.
By using cookies, the web server can store, for example, preferences and settings on the User's computer, cell phone or other device(s), which is then automatically retrieved on the next visit. To provide its services, LLP may use information that LLP collects and posts for the following purposes:
Providing customer service, including creating and managing user accounts, resolving technical difficulties, and accessing various features;
tailoring offers and experiences, including advertising on its services or those of third parties; monitoring general and individual User activity and for traffic management on the Site; communicating with users, including on service, customer service or authorized marketing communications through any available communication channels;
Conducting research and analytical activities to improve our service; and enforcing the WGP.KZ Services User Agreement.
LLP may retain the information it collects and receives on its Site for as long as necessary to fulfill the above business purposes.

LLP may share the information it collects with affiliates. In doing so, the shared data remains subject to the Privacy Policy.
LLP does not share users' personal information with non-affiliates.
LLP reserves the right, as required by law, to share information with individuals and government agencies for the following purposes:
§ investigation of alleged violations of law or combat any other alleged violations of the WGP.KZ Services User Agreement by Users.
LLP may provide Users' personal data at the request of competent authorities, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In accordance with confidentiality policy LLP undertakes not to lease or sell any personal data of the User. In the event that LLP's business or part of that business is sold or reorganized, and LLP transfers all or substantially all of its assets to a new owner, then User personal data may be transferred to the buyer to ensure continuity of service of the Site,
LLP may transfer certain anonymized information (data that does not identify Users individually) to third-party service providers, trusted partners or authorized researchers in order to better understand what advertising or services might interest Users, to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of services on the Site or service, or to ensure its contribution to scientific research that LLP believes can provide great social benefits.
In cases of personal data transfers, informing the User of the transfer of his or her personal data is left to the discretion of LLP.

Other rights of Users in connection with the processing of their personal data by LLP:
§ to be aware of the availability of their personal data to the LLP, as well as to a third party, and to receive information containing: confirmation of the fact, purpose, sources, methods of collection and processing of personal data; a list of personal data; terms of processing of personal data, including the terms of their storage;
§ To demand from TOO to change and supplement their personal data if there are grounds, confirmed by appropriate documents;
§ to demand from LLP, as well as from the third party to destroy their personal data, collection and processing of which was made with violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as in other cases, established by normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
§ to withdraw consent to the collection, processing of personal data, except as provided by paragraph 2 of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and their Protection";
§ to protect their rights and legitimate interests, including compensation for moral and material damages;
§ to exercise other rights stipulated by this Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.


All information LLP collects is reasonably protected by technical means and security procedures in order to prevent unauthorized access or use of the data. LLP affiliates, partners and third party service providers are committed to using the information they receive from LLP in accordance with our security requirements and this Privacy Policy.


This privacy policy was last updated on 12.01.2023. LLP may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, the new version of the Privacy Policy will be effective as soon as it is posted on the Internet at the address specified in this clause, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy. In case if LLP made any changes in Privacy Policy, with which User does not agree, he is obliged to stop using services of the Website. The fact of non-termination of use of the Site is the confirmation of consent and acceptance by the User of the corresponding edition of Privacy policy.
